Added new tuning paramters for facets.

Two new tuning parameters for facets are available. 'facetNumRecs'
specifies how maximum number of records to be analyzed in a result
set. 'facetMaxChunks' specifies how maximum number of sub record chunks
to be fetched and analyzed per record.
