Just a directiory hierarchy and a README file so far.  I've put it
in CVS prematurely so I can keep my laptop@home and desktop@work
synchronised with each other (and so Index Data people can look at
what I'm doing if they want to.)

Is this the first Java code to go into an Index Data CVS archive?
